Drivers Briefing

  • There will be a group message for grid organization so it is impossible to get mixed up.
  • Every race will include a manual rolling start.

Warm Up Laps

  • When the lights go out simply leave your grid for a warm up lap once the car in front leaves making sure that you stay in the position that you qualified or in the case of a reverse grid the position you have been told to be in. (i will send a photo of everyone starting positions to the group chat)
  • In the case of a reverse grid, try to get into your starting position while warming up, so by the time everyone makes it to the formation point of the lap they are already where they need to be
  • On the warm up lap make sure to give enough space to the car in front just in case they want to warm up their brakes.
  • Make sure that you get into your grid spot where i have mentioned in the track notes below.
  • No weaving or braking after the corner/s mentioned in the track notes below.

Rolling Starts

  • Starts are double file
  • The leader is in control of when the start happens but he can not go until all cars have made it through the final corner
  • The leader must hold around 25mph/40kph as soon as he reaches the corner i mentioned in track notes below
  • As soon as the leader accelerates the rest of the grid can go
  • You must be directly behind the car in front (to stop cheating) until the leader or the car in front leaves.

Racing

  • If someone faster is behind you do be frightened, either defend your position or let them up the inside at an appropriate corner
  • Do not pull off the racing line and slam the brakes to let a car past, this can cause crashes.
  • No using the “RESET” button if you crash of go off the track, however if your car is stuck then feel free.
  • Do everything in your power not to make contact with anyone, as this can ruin races on this game.
